Yes, we provide residential cleaning services. Our residential cleaning services come in various forms. The most commonly requested of them is our frequent cleaning service (this may occur weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and our deep cleaning services that may occur once a year, twice a year, once a quarter or just one-time.

Yes, we offer commercial cleaning services. Organisations employ our cleaning services for daily janitorial cleaning and deep cleaning which often occurs once a quarter, half-yearly or once a year. We also offer pest control services to some organisations on a regular or one-time basis.

Our standard frequent cleaning service provides customers with the benefit or one or more cleaners at a defined frequency, often once a week, fortnightly or once a month. It includes the basic cleaning materials except you opt to provide the cleaning materials yourself.

Yes, you can customise your service according to your needs. Some of our customers take our frequent cleaning service as much as thrice a week, some opt to provide the cleaning items themselves. Some of them choose to have their cleaning done on weekdays rather than weekends. The service is designed to be customisable to fit the needs of the client. Other details are adjustable too, according to your needs and preferences.

The frequency of scheduling for cleaning would depend largely on your convenience from the perspective of your availability and budget and also might be advised based on whether you wish to have our service to complement your in-house arrangement or whether you want to have ours as the major cleaning that is to be done in your home or facility. For homes where the occupier has little time to spare, we would recommend that our cleaning service is taken up at least once a week. If the occupiers of the house are elderly people who live alone most times, you might wish to opt for cleaning twice or thrice a week. Where you have a fairly regular internal cleaning arrangement, you might consider having us come in to clean once a month or once in two months but if the cleaning needed is deep cleaning, we would recommend calling us in once a quarter, twice a year or once a year.

Firstly, we don’t share cleaning napkins, mops and sponges across multiple customers in order to ensure that the health of our customers and their visitors is not compromised through contamination. We also ensure that we restrict cleaning items to defined parts of a house, using our colour-coding. While we developed our own colour-coding system, years ago, we have since discovered that ours meets the standard of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS). Our cleaning systems and precautions drastically reduce the risks associated with cross-contamination in living and work spaces.

In public health practices, it’s typically recommended to clean before pest control. Cleaning removes dirt, debris, and organic matter that can interfere with the effectiveness of pest control. Additionally, cleaning can help identify areas where pests may be hiding, allowing for more targeted pest control.

The challenge faced by customers is that when pest control happens after cleaning, they may be left with a lot of dead pests which they would prefer that the cleaning company removes and so if cleaning had already taken place, they may be stuck with the task of cleaning out themselves. Where customers don’t want to clean out the pests themselves we recommend that they take an additional cleaning simply to remove the pests. That service would cost significantly less than taking deep cleaning again. It’s important to note however that we accede to customers’ preference where they want pest control to precede cleaning.

Yes, we offer deep cleaning services for special areas and for general cleaning services when needed.

Yes, post-construction cleaning is one of our specialty areas. We are very experienced and skilled in that area of work and we attend to several post-construction cleaning work on a monthly basis.

For our frequent cleaning service, we bill based on a defined price per cleaner which may be per week, fortnightly or per month. As at the time when this information was last updated in April 2024, cleaning once a week costs ₦8,000 per cleaner for each visit. Cleaning fortnightly costs ₦9,000 per cleaner for each visit and cleaning once a month costs ₦10,000 per cleaner for each visit. If you request for 2 cleaners, your cost will be twice the price per cleaner. If you ask for 3 cleaners, your cost will be thrice the price per cleaner.

For others such as our upholstery cleaning service, post-construction cleaning, carpet and swimming pool cleaning, we may need to visit to assess the cleaning needs or in some cases, we may only need to see a well taken set of photos or videos in order to give you a price for cleaning. Yes, you can request for specific cleaning products and equipment based on your needs or preferences. We would advise on what is practicable, available or best but if we would be taking on your cleaning service, we would accede to your request where practicable and communicate with you where not quite practicable.

Yes, move-in and move-out cleaning services is one of our most demanded services. It may also be termed a “relocation service”. Customers often require a deep cleaning before moving into a new house or they may need to tidy up their old house before handing the keys over to the landlord. We are experts at providing those services.

Our frequent cleaning services cover local government areas such as Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Ebute Metta, Ikeja, Surulere, Kosofe, Amuwo-Odofin, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lekki. Our post-construction and deep cleaning services however cover all areas of Lagos, inclusive of Ikorodu and Epe. It also extends to Ibadan and Ogun States and where demanded, may extend to as far as Kwara State, Delta State, Anambra and even Abuja. It simply requires an arrangement for the housing of our cleaners and providing security and safety for them and our tools and equipment.

Except for special cases, we generally recommend that cleaning should be the last work carried out in a house, whether it is renovated, newly built or whether it is already occupied by the owners. This is because where possible, cleaning will help to remove possible paint stains such as splatter on the floor, on window frames, doors and nets or on boards and others surfaces that paint may have accidentally been deposited on. Cleaning may not remove those stains perfectly but it is much better to clean after the painting than to paint after cleaning.

It is important to know that there is no one-size-fits-all approach towards pest control. While many people assume that all pests can be eliminated with the same standard treatment, it usually takes different methods of applications and equipment to attend to unique pests. For that reason, it is important that you always specify what pests you want us to attend to, to enable us to prepare properly for the service that you are requesting.

We have very low irritant pesticides that we use sometimes, which give customers the feeling the pesticides are odourless but in fact, no pest control is exactly odourless. Some pesticides are more irritating than others. It depends on the type and on the purpose for which it is to be used. Public health pesticides for indoor home and business use are usually less irritating and we have a host of them that we use for pest control.

Many pest control service providers treat bedbugs the same way that they treat mosquitoes and cockroaches but that is the reason why their success rate is relatively low. We understand bedbugs from their lifecycle to their mode of operation. We apply all that knowledge in our operations and so our pest control will take care of bedbugs but from the moment that you contact us, you will need to specify to us that you actually have a bedbug problem. It is commonly assumed that generic pest control applications take care of every pest but it isn’t true. The system of application for cockroaches differs from that for rodents and differs from that for termites and bedbugs so please let us know specifically that you need to get rid of bedbugs so that we can apply the right system for you.

In terms of how long it will take to make the actual application, it can range from as short as 30 minutes to as much as a few hours, depending on the nature of the application to the size of the facility and intensity of the infestation. In terms of how long it takes for the application to remain active against pests, it depends on the actual pest and the pesticide used. Some pesticides and applications can last only for the moment that they are applied. Some can stay for as long as 3 months but that does not imply that you will not find the pests around anymore; it simply means that when those pests come in contact with the residue of the pesticide in the area, it will kill them within the period specified. The overall point is that there is no general timeframe. Many factors come into play. But we have periods based on the pests and the type of application that you call upon us to make. Some pesticides will remain active for 2 weeks after application. Some for 3 weeks, some for 2 months. Some can be active only for 48 hours but whatever the case, what matters is ensuring that you keep your windows protected with mosquito nets and trash bins covered at all times. Generally, most times, good sanitation will help you maintain good pest control and you may need to have pest control done quarterly (4 times a year), half-yearly or once a year
